What the law asks listings to show

For products sold online to consumers in the EU, GPSR Art. 19 asks the offer to show: (a) the manufacturer's name and postal and electronic address; (b) if the manufacturer is outside the EU, the name, postal and electronic address of the EU Responsible Person; (c) information to identify the product, including a picture, its type and any other identifier; (d) warnings and safety information in a language consumers can easily understand, as set by the Member State.
